The main learning outcome of the Master Thesis is that students apply knowledge and skills acquired through prior learning in their own research work under the supervision of a teacher researcher. Thus the Master Thesis work will be carried out under the guidance and tutorship of one of the University of Vigo teachers of the program. The Master Thesis will be developed and presented in a thesis work format, as an introductory research work.
The student will defend their Master Thesis in a tribunal consisting of 3 members doctors, one of whom must be a full university professor with at least two research periods and the other two members shall be PhD. professors of the program with at least one research period. In any case, the director-tutor may not take part of the tribunal.
In the learning tool students could found each year some proposal of works to complete their Master Thesis. The proposals give an application domain for the work, teacher proposed as tutor for this work, what subjects the student have to be passed or be studying, the number of works that teacher could lead and some observations if proceed.
